    Designed for individuals who value convenient, compassionate, and personalized primary care with a whole-person approach.

    What’s included:

    Unlimited visits—whether in clinic, via telehealth, curbside, or approved house calls

    Same or next-day scheduling with an available provider

    Intentional, unrushed visits (typically 30–60 minutes), so you feel heard and cared for

    Annual wellness exam with a foundational lab panel and ECG if needed

Membership Billing and Compliance with Louisiana Law

Healing Hands – NPs 2 You, LLC offers a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model as recognized by the State of Louisiana.
DPC is a private, non-insurance-based agreement between the patient and provider for the delivery of primary care services in exchange for a recurring membership fee.

In compliance with Louisiana law, our DPC membership is structured to provide full transparency and fair consumer protections:

  • A non-refundable $100 sign-up fee per enrollee is collected at the time of enrollment to initiate your membership and establish your care plan.

  • Monthly membership billing begins on the 1st day of the month following your first 30 days of membership.
    This 30-day period allows for onboarding, scheduling, and initial assessment as needed.

  • Billing is conducted on a recurring monthly basis thereafter, and no insurance claims are submitted or reimbursed on your behalf.

  • Membership may be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice, and no future charges will apply beyond that period.

Healing Hands – NPs 2 You, LLC does not operate as a health insurance provider and encourages members to maintain separate coverage for emergencies, specialist care, and services outside the scope of our DPC offerings.

This billing policy is fully compliant with applicable Louisiana statutes and consumer protection standards governing non-insurance-based medical service agreements.
